Caffe Nero approached RMS to look at solution opportunities to address key business issues due to their extensive growth throughout the UK, Europe and the United States. They needed to have clear visibility of over 700 outlets compliance, timely and appropriate communications, scheduling plans and processing payroll.
Caffe Nero worked with RMS to deploy the RMS Communications, Workforce Management and Time & Attendance solution across their entire store estate. Caffe Nero also took advantage of the flexibility offered by the RMS Workforce Management Solution, to drive outlet scheduling based on sales targets, sales expectations, with full visibility throughout the organisation. An objective of 100% labour was set for all locations, and was achieved in less than three months.
