Following an action-packed day in the heart of the New Forest, the 2023 RMS User Forum came to a close after featuring incredible customer presentations from Halfords, New Look, Dunlem and Southern Co-op.

On Thursday, the 6th of July, the RMS team set out to share what’s new with Metro and provided a preview of Version 4.0 and its many new features, including its live chat functionality, a new groundbreaking new Helpdesk solution, and all the latest news from the Metro WFM suite. However, it was Metro Teams (with its integration into Microsoft 365 and Teams environments natively) and Metro Activity Planner (with its dynamic capacity and impact calculations) that stole the spotlight, with many guests keen to take advantage of the new functionality.

With additional guest speakers from the Institute of Internal Communication, MRI Springboard, Decide, First Friday and Trust Payments, the forum shed light on the trends and challenges retail faces in the coming months and beyond and offers solutions to many as well.
