The RMS web-based solution has enabled Ryman to actively prioritise, target communications & plan across the estate and more. The employee engagement application provides personalised communication and compliance activities via personalised homepages, each delivering a view of elements that a user needs to know, do or ask, as well as social communications, messaging, feedback, performance and much more.
