Unified Comms Solution across its nationwide store portfolio.  The roll-out was completed at the end of November 2015 in time for the crucial Christmas and New Year trading periods.

The RMS web-based solution enables Matalan to actively prioritise, target communications & plan across the estate and more.  The employee engagement application provides personalised communication and compliance activities via personalised homepages, each delivering a view of elements that a user needs to know, do or ask, as well as social communications, messaging, feedback, performance and much more. 

Matalan have been a valued RMS customer for over the past decade, first installing RMS’ Domino platform back in 2006. The upgrade to metro means Matalan can now pick and choose from any of eight additional modules that metro offers, bringing exceptional flexibility and economies of scale.
