Using a common platform, all metro modules, of which there are 9 to choose from, operate seamlessly with each other removing the need for dozens of expensive and difficult to maintain applications from different vendors to consolidate into one interconnected suite.

metro‘s Unified Comms and Process modules provides Aurum with a host of functional capability to manage communication, task management and compliance across its portfolio of brands, including the ability to send Voice, Video and Written communications down to individuals working in the store, ensuring they only hear, see and read information or tasks that are relevant to them or their role.
