We are delighted to confirm FIVE Great Keynote Speakers for the 12th Annual RMS User Forum and Awards Event

Our action-packed day will include keynote presentations from:

Phillip Adcock – Managing Director at Shopping Behaviour Xplained Ltd.

Phillip demystifies the critical retail moment of truth: The moment when a shopper decides whether to buy something or not. His unique skills help increase footfall, drive category penetration and turn browsers into paying customers.  As an industry expert, author, and TV pundit, Phillip can regularly be seen on the BBC’s ‘Rip off Britain’ programme.

Diane Wehrle – Marketing and Insights Director at Springboard Research Ltd.

Diane is regarded as one of the leading experts on the high street, retail intelligence and insights and is frequently called upon to comment on the performance of retail destinations across the national media. With 26 years of experience in the retail and property industries, Diane will be sharing with us the latest news on shopper trends.

Nick Dryden – CEO at Sthaler Ltd

Nick will be telling us all about the future of payment and loyalty, and how in particular his company Stahler is helping shape that with FingoPay – an innovative way of linking identity information contained within the veins of your finger to a credit card or payment method held on file and how this will transform the payment and loyalty landscape.

Graham Clarke – Sales Director, Data Services & Delivery at Capita IT Professional Services

Graham has over 30 years of international sales experience in multiple industries and now heads a team who drive new business across Capita IT Professional Services and Capita Group. Graham will be sharing with us how the latest General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will impact everyone, especially those involved in retail. GDPR will apply in the UK from 25 May 2018.

Cathy McCabe – Founder & CEO of Retail Reimagined

Cathy has had the enormous privilege of spending over 25 years in a diverse retail career working at leading retail brands such as W.H.Smith, Arcadia, Burberry and Jaeger. Having spent half her career in global retail, half in technology Cathy’s passion now is to share her experiences and knowledge working with retail brands and start-ups to “reimagine retail” and help identify new concepts and opportunities.

Places are filling up fast so be sure to register soon and secure your place or feel free to share with colleagues who you think would benefit and enjoy attending.

The format follows the same successful structure from last year, with the User Forum being held during the day and the prestigious RMS Awards in the evening. Both events are free to attend and open to both customers, non-customers, and guests – everyone is warmly invited to stay and enjoy the evening fun!
