Following a terrific day at the 12th Annual RMS User Forum, the RMS marquee changed from hosting more than 100 retailers and guests during the day to the venue that would see seven prestigious awards presented to celebrate the success, ingenuity and achievements of RMS customers. The winners of each award were decided by a judging panel consisting of retail industry experts from WTA Marketing, Sthaler, Springboard, Itim and Rethink Productivity. The awards were hosted and presented on the evening by TV comedian Ian Moore and TV retail expert and author Phillip Adcock from SBXL Ltd.

The winners of each category were:-

For the Most Effective use of RMS Technology, this year’s award went to Mothercare

For the Most Expansive use of RMS Technology, this year’s award went to Caffe Nero

For the Most Creative use of RMS Technology, this year’s award went to SuperGroup Plc

For the Most Engaging use of RMS Technology, this year’s award went to Aurum Holdings.

For the Most Innovative use of RMS Technology, this year’s award went to Nuffield Health

The International Award for use of RMS Technology went to Claire’s

The Best Newcomer Award for use of RMS Technology went to both Claire’s and Aurum Holdings

The Lifetime Achievement award. This special award is given to recognise the strength, depth and longevity of a relationship with RMS. This year we wanted to recognise not one but two people both hugely meriting the Lifetime Achievement Award. Both have supported RMS over many years in so many different ways – from being a customer reference, hosting store visits through to driving product development of both the Unified Comms and Process applications – The 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Steve Shepherd and Mark Court of The Entertainer.
