If you receive an email unexpectedly from RMS that does not look correct and/or does not include our standard email footer, please delete it. Do not click on links, open attachments, or enter any information to view information.
Please note: RMS never uses document services requiring you to enter your information to access, download or read content unless agreed upon. If a suspicious message appears to come from someone you know, contact that person via other means, such as a text message or phone call, to confirm it. If the email is genuine and needs a response, then RMS will always contact you again. Thank you for your cooperation.
